Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 4 November 2026

These terms apply to all hospitality packages and services provided by Sporting Experiences Holdings Limited (company no. 17559647), registered in England & Wales, registered office 41 Haydon Close, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE3 2BY, United Kingdom ("we", "us"), through sportingexperiences.co.uk.

1. Enquiries and bookings

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. A booking is confirmed only when we issue a written booking confirmation and receive the payment stated in it.

2. Prices and payment

  • Prices are not shown on the website. Every package is quoted individually on enquiry.
  • Final prices are confirmed in your quote. Payment terms (deposit and balance dates) are set out in your booking confirmation.
  • If payment is not received by the due date we may cancel the booking and apply our cancellation terms.

3. Hospitality packages

Packages are provided by or in partnership with venues and official hospitality providers. Menus, seat locations and inclusions may change for reasons outside our control; we will provide a comparable alternative where possible.

4. Event changes and cancellations

If an event is cancelled, postponed, moved or played behind closed doors, our Refund Policy applies. Fixture dates and times are set by the organisers and may change.

5. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for your guests and for ensuring they comply with venue rules, dress codes and age restrictions.
  • Tickets must not be resold or transferred without our written consent. Unauthorised resale may result in tickets being cancelled without refund.
  • Venues may refuse entry to anyone under the influence of alcohol or behaving inappropriately; no refund will be due.

6. Liability

We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including travel disruption, weather, or decisions of event organisers. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

8. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through our contact page.
