Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 4 November 2026
This policy explains what happens if you need to cancel, or if an event changes. It forms part of the Sporting Experiences Holdings Limited Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation by you
Hospitality is purchased from venues on your behalf and is usually non-refundable once confirmed. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to resell your package; any refund depends on a successful resale, less an administration fee. The exact terms for your booking are stated in your booking confirmation.
Event cancelled
If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will receive a refund of the amount paid for the affected package, less any non-recoverable costs we tell you about in advance.
Event postponed or rescheduled
Your booking will normally transfer to the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, we will offer a refund or a credit where the venue makes this possible.
Behind closed doors or reduced capacity
If hospitality cannot go ahead due to restrictions, we will offer a refund or credit for the affected package.
Changes to packages
Minor changes to menus, seating areas or inclusions do not entitle you to a refund. If a change is significant, we will offer a comparable alternative or a partial refund.
Consumer rights
Bookings for leisure services on a specific date are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This does not affect your other statutory rights.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are made to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of being agreed.
